お知らせ/Notification （手数料規程と認証の案内の改訂20240701）

2024年７月１日付で「手数料規程」と「認証の案内」を改訂しました。それぞれのポイントは以下のとおりです。 

The Fees for Certification and the Guide for Certification are revised as of July 1, 2024. 

 

1. 手数料額の改正（金額はいずれも税別です） 

The revision of the Fee for Certification (The prices are w/o tax) 

これまで、型式確認の手数料を5,000円としてきましたが、2025年１月１日から10,000円にさせていただきます。海外検査機関に依頼した型式検査の場合は15,000円から20,000円改正させていただきます。また、住所表記等変更に関して、実態の変更を伴わないものについては申請者がオンライン申請システム上で変更できることを明記し、その場合でも協会に変更を依頼する場合の手数料は10,000円とさせていただきます。なお、実質的な変化を伴う可能性がある変更は、臨時の確認検査の対象となることを明記しました。 

The fee for type certification will be 10,000 yen from 5,000 starting January 1, 2025. In case that an overseas inspection body is used, agencies, the fee will be revised from 15,000 yen to 20,000 yen. 

It is now clarified that changes not involving substantive alterations, such as notational changes of the address, can be made by the applicant through the online application system. However, if the applicant requests the association to make these changes, the fee will be 10,000 yen. Furthermore, any changes that may involve substantial alterations will be subject to an ad-hoc inspection. 

1. 臨時の確認審査について 

Additional clarification of an Ad-hoc Inspection 

上記の場合のように、実質的な変化を伴う可能性がある変更の他、ＳＧ基準不適合品が発生した場合などは臨時の確認審査の対象となることを明記しました。そして、臨時の確認審査は必要最小限の検査を行うこと、臨時の確認審査によって、工場登録及び型式確認の有効期間は変化しないことを明記しました。 

It has been clarified that in addition to changes that may involve substantial alterations, any occurrence of non-compliance with SG standards will also be subject to an ad-hoc Inspection. An ad-hoc Inspection will include only the minimum necessary examinations.　It is also clarified that an ad-hoc Inspection will not affect the validity period of the factory registration or the type product certifications the factory holds.
